The 8th May 2020 marks the 75th Anniversary of the end of the second world war.

The government have declared this day to be a bank holiday. Ideas are now being sought for how we celebrate this memorable occasion.

Corona Virus Covid 19

Following Government advice all Parish Council normal meetings are now postponed until further notice. To ensure that business continues powers have been delegated to the clerk in consultation with the Chair, and remote meetings will be held via Skype as per normal timetable. Should you wish to attend the meeting please contact the clerk on 01262 470496 or pc@middletononthewolds.co.uk for a link.

We would ask the Community to stay vigilant and be aware that neighbours may need help.

Support systems that have been set up in our community will be vital.
East Riding  wish to help those residents who most need it
and who cannot source that help from friends, family or others.
It would be very helpful any community or voluntary groups, along with those groups set
up on social media channels, to register their details on www.beecan.org .
This website is hosted by the HEY Smile Foundation and the aim is to
build up a detailed database of organisations that can work alongside us
and build our resilience when helping those in need. Guidance on how to
register can be found in this video - https://youtu.be/q2Xy2Yd0TFs . If
there are any difficulties with regsitering, please email Andy Barber at
the HEY Smile Foundation on ab@heysmilefoundation.org and he will resolve
the matter.
Once the contact centre is ready to go, details will be widely publicised
via numerous channels
