Disused Railway Embankment

The disused railway embankment is owned by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. Following the tree works that were done last year the parish council were advised that East Riding of Yorkshire Council would not look to replant, but if the Parish wished to, the only thing would be an understorey species like hawthorn.

The Embankment group is now to be disbanded and replaced by a new Green Space Group, which is open to volunteers to join to help maintain the footpath and other areas within the parish  for the benefit of the community. Please contact either the clerk on or any member of the Parish Council if you are interested in helping.
